Item donations fuel the success of our event.

What can you donate? New items, gift cards, handmade items, services, wines, beers, liquors, time at a vacation property, experiences, and more! If you aren't sure if your item could be used, please contact us at eagleauction@mlakc.com.

Want to donate without making a purchase? Procure donations from local businesses with an in-person request. Take a copy of our procurement letter to leave with the business. It enumerates our 501(c)(3) status and serves as a tax receipt for their donation. Procured items should be entered below by you, the MLA supporter.

How to donate

1. Fill out this form (One per item being donated please). Please note: the donor is the business or person who donated the item NOT the person who procured it.

2. Label your item with the item name and your name as entered on this form.

3. Deliver your item to MLA between 8:00am and 3:30pm Monday-Friday.

Items need to be turned in to MLA by Wednesday, February 18.
